Just one. After they have been on a SCUK Behaviour Change Tactics training session.

An intense and thourough tutor training day in Birmingham today with a wealth of experts in sport and community development. The tutors will be tasked to train sports and physical activity deliverers to develop tactics and strategies to motivate, develop confidence and engage people to be more active.

Excellent application of 'EAST' Behaviour Change principles, to create a practical,  adaptable course. Watch out for a national roll out of the sessions.

Intense discussions about motivating non participants and re-engaging previous participants by understanding and overcoming intrinsic and extrinsic barriers.

Depends on the power in the room!

We were all switched on yesterday Kam.

Thanks to Liz, Steve and Sharon for their time, energy and effort in putting together such an enjoyable, interesting and useful session.
