    Morning all.

Yet another exciting year for sports with  the 2016 Olympic games only around the corner and many athlete's competing to hopefully get a place in the Olympics.

The Olympic game's isn't much talked about until it's hanging over our heads. So come on let's get talking you are the coaches that coach the athletes you have the experience and expertise.

    • Do you have athletes competing in this year's Olympic games?
    • What sport's are they competing in?
    • Do you train your athletes the same as you would if it was a normal competition.
    • How much more training (pressure) do you put your athletes through.
    • Have your athletes ever felt like giving  up or not wanting to compete due to the amount of stress put under. How have you pulled them through this.
    • How have you as a coach coped with the extra stress and pressure.

This is only a few weeks away, let's share your experiences. Give advice or tips for new coaches.
