Hi, how do I opt out of receiving daily emails, thanks
Hi Barrie. I’ve just emailed you now detailing how to do this. However for the benefit of any others reading this post all you need to do is click settings and then in preferences you’ll be able to opt out of the daily digest there by unticking the daily digest box.
Hello I need to change my email address on this site. How do i do this please? Couldn't seem to find anything in my profile section or settings on how do to this. Thanks
Hi SallyIf you click settings and then 'change password' you'll see your login information. You can change both your email address and password (if you wish) from there. If you have any issues feel free to message me. I'll send you an email now as wellCheersRob
I just tried to edit a spelling mistake on a post I made and I get a message saying I don't have sufficient privileges to do this. Seems rather restrictive. As a mac and iOS user, spell check and autocorrect have a mind of their own too.
Hi IanApologies for the delay in getting back to you. You should definitely be able to edit the majority of things you post on the site (I think with exception of comments). This is definitely a new bug that has cropped up so we will investigate further and hopefully have this functionality working soon. Sorry for any inconvenience causedThanksRob
Rob, it's the comments to which I was referring. I'd at least wish to be able to correct errors or spelling mistakes 'post save'.
Hi. How do I request a new group to be added or can I add one myself?
I've just emailed you about this Ian with a bit more info
Just had the same issue as Ian reported - insufficient privilieges to edit a reply I had posted. N.B. working on iPad.
Hi AndrewThanks for letting me know. As I said to Ian above this is definitely a new bug that has cropped up so we will investigate further and hopefully have this functionality working soonThanksRob
I have added a profile photo but I need to rotate it even though it should have been the right way up in the first place... any ideas? Thanks.
Hi Kate I've emailed you just now. If what I've suggested doesnt work please let me know. Thanks
All ok now - thanks.
Hi, I have the same problem as Kate Porter, I have added a photo to my profile and it's upside down! Maybe an improvement but how do I rotate it please?!
Hi IslayApologies for the delay in getting back to you. I've emailed you with a suggestion which should hopefully solve the issue for you but if that doesnt work please let me know :)CheersRob
Hi same problem for me (ie need to rotate profile photo). I've even tried to upload an upside down photo - but which ever way I try to upload it, it appears on my profile as the wrong way up. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. D
Hi Denise I've emailed you just now with hopefully what will be a solution. If what I've suggested doesnt work please let me know. Thanks
Hi there, I'm having trouble with the 'export to pdf' button. I have bookmarked the blog posts I want to save, but I'd rather save to pdf. I click the button but nothing happens, and eventually it times out. Is it me? Many thanks.
Hi Anita. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'll log it with our platform suppliers and see if we can apply a fix as this looks like it's something new that has developed. Thanks
Hi, I get the daily digest and keep thinking I'd like to contribute to particular threads but when I click on the link I can't work out how to. I've done the How To tutorials but still can't work it out.
Hi CatherineGreat that you want to get involved and share your experiences! Depending on the nature of the content shared it differs. In all cases you will need to be logged in and be a member of the group the content was posted in though (if you’ve seen it in the daily digest you will be a member of the group – for others reading this all the groups can be found here https://www.connectedcoaches.org/spaces )So for conversations e.g. https://www.connectedcoaches.org/spaces/10/welcome-and-general/forums/general/9251/last-chance-u-self-evaluation-how-do-you-reflect-on-your-coaching you just need to click the reply button on the top right. For blogs e.g https://www.connectedcoaches.org/spaces/17/coaching-children-ages-5-12/blogs/general/120/how-to-inspire-good-behaviour-in-your-sessions you can add a comment by clicking the add a comment button at the end of the blog (scroll down to the last comment posted)For photos e.g. https://www.connectedcoaches.org/spaces/10/welcome-and-general/photo/Blake/connectedcoaches-infographics/3074 and videos e.g. https://www.connectedcoaches.org/spaces/10/welcome-and-general/video/343/emotional-intelligence-how-to-recognise-and-coach-a-nervous-participant it is the same as adding comments on blogs. For ‘wall posts’ which you see on group activity streams the only way you can respond is by opening up the speech bubble and adding your comments where it says write a comment. I can’t link to an example of this as that is a limitation of a wall post vs starting a conversation (clicking share on the menu -> start a conversation)Hopefully this helps explain things for you but if you get into any issues please do let me know. You can message me using the chat functionality or I can send you my email if easierAll the bestRob
