Interesting video about "social norms" and how we could be using the wrong messaging for the wider audience. With the new coaching strategies out there and new County coaching delivery plans, it could be worth running two small pilots - One using social norm messages and the other other using the expected behaviour messages. Be interesting to see the outcomes of that type of trial.
